Cook a turkey in the air, upside down on the Turkey DunRite for moist turkey meat and crispy brown skin all over! After seasoning the turkey and stuffing only the neck end, slide the bird onto the saddle of the DunRite. Place the DunRite onto a large baking tray and put it in the oven or grill at 350-375 degrees. Cooking time is reduced to 13 minutes per pound which shortens the cooking time by a third.
All the juices flow into the breast and legs - even the left overs stay moist for a week or more. There are still enough drippings to make a great gravy or sauce for the meal. No basting required.
