WOOD BURNING OVENS
The uses for these ovens are unlimited and will cook any food to
perfection, with the added bonus of the smokey flavours of the natural
timbers.
For best results only natural hard woods should be used, as they
generate the most heat and burn cleaner.

Temperature Control
- Getting your oven to temperature takes about 15-20 minutes.
- Temperature is controlled by the sliding grill on the fire box.
