Making Corzetti
Corzetti Stamps are made in and around the Ligurian region of Northwestern Italy for this traditional pasta
The discs imprinted look impressive and also hold sauce
The CORZETTI Stamps are made of BEECH WOOD: * TOP: Diameter 2" - Height 2" * SPIRAL BOTTOM: Diameter 2" - Height 1.5" (In the future, they will be using Olive Wood, but for right now they are Beech Wood.)
