These presses use a stationary threaded shaft with a double ratcheting head to do the pressing. Stainless steel pressing basket and pail, with an attached drainpipe. Turn the triple handled counter clockwise to raise the pressing plate and turn the handle clockwise to press. Shipped fully assembled and ready for use. Made in Italy with a 10 year warranty.
