With this sturdy, plastic pickle maker, you can easily and neatly pickle whole varieties of vegetables in your own kitchen! It only takes three quick and simple steps: (1) place the vegetable and brine inside the container; (2) seal the lid with a quick turn of the round knob and (3) turn the round knob once a day to squeeze out the excess juice from the vegetables. This large pickle-maker has the capacity to pickle 14 cucumbers, 850 to 900 grams of cabbage (for kim chi), nine eggplants, or 950 grams of Napa cabbage!
